Website for Practicing Teachers:)

Website for Practicing Teachers:

As I researched through to figure out how to blog, and read blogs, I found out some really neat websites and great advice and ideas from so many great teacher websites. A lot of the websites are very helpful. I am actually really excited to show my co-worker tomorrow morning about all the different ideas from everyone. I am really excited to use some ideas in my classroom, Thank you all that have helped me make my first blog!

The first one I loved was: www.busyteacherscafe.com
  • I really enjoyed exploring the busy teachers cafĂ© because there are some many great and helpful ideas. There is even a place to allow us teachers to buy and download the ideas and templates to use in our own classrooms and there are even some printable sheets for us busy teachers to use. There are theme ideas, and examples to go with it, activities, arts and crafts, etc. I just really enjoyed this website because there was so much to offer and so much to get great ideas from.
Second one: http://www.lauracandler.com/
  • All I can say is, this site is amazing and would absolutely help any teacher. Although most of her stuff are from 3rd grade on up, there are just some really incredible ideas, and worksheets. Very Helpful. She has her filing cabinet where you can find all the worksheets and ideas you want, she has a seasonal file that you can go for the Holidays. Laura even has a great link for finding out about strategies for different children that learn different ways. She also offers teacher conferences, and you can even register for them.
Third one: http://www.mrsrenz.net/
  • I loved this website, Mrs. Renz did a great idea. There was plenty of great ideas, there was ideas for student of the month, Holidays, and books. She has links for smart board ideas, homework, tests and assessments. This to me was a great and different websites from all the rest! She had a great link for a Mastery Club for children to try their best and no be bored in class once they were done all their work in class.
Fourth one: http://thecornerstoneforteachers.com/
  • This website is outstanding. This website is to help your students and a great way to help you along the lines of trainings, and webinars to make you a better teacher. I loved this website and spent a few hours clicking and trying to figure out everything she has posted. She has examples of EVERYTHING, and even a video to show us some things. What I loved about this website was that she had devotionals on the website too. Which, I think is great because these is NOTHING like a great devotional when you are trying to prepare your classroom for its best possible set up.
This was a great experience and now I know how to start a blog and/or continue if I would like. Looking at all these different websites was inspiring, and I got GREAT ideas from the all. I cannot wait to use some of them. Hope you all have a wonderful day!!
